How I Work

When assessing digital workflows and funnels, I focus on how systems connect across the business. This includes lead capture, CRM, automation, and delivery. Most inefficiencies are not caused by a single tool. They come from gaps between systems, inconsistent processes, or manual work that should not exist.

I identify where friction slows things down, where data is not flowing properly, and where teams rely on workarounds. From there, I design and implement solutions that streamline operations, reduce errors, and create more reliable systems.

This approach is reflected in projects like Accessibrand Academy, where I built a connected system from lead generation through to course delivery, and Pixel Bridges, where I developed email automation to support consistent communication and follow-up.

My focus is on building strong, connected foundations first. Once systems are structured properly, they can be refined and scaled without adding complexity.

My background in operations and business management shaped how I approach problem solving. I focus on building systems that are practical, repeatable, and designed to scale.

Through leadership roles, consulting, and building my own ventures, I have worked across agencies, service businesses, restaurants, and education. This led me to specialize in designing and implementing digital systems that support how a business actually operates. My work brings together websites, CRM platforms, and automation into cohesive systems that improve efficiency and support growth.

Outside of work, I enjoy DIY projects, cooking, spending time with my Pomeranian Chloe, and supporting local food charities.
